A new baby gorilla was born at Utah’s Hogle Zoo earlier this month.

In a press release, the zoo confirmed the five-pound baby girl was born July 6.

The still unnamed baby ape is the first baby for mother Jabali and her mate Husani.

According to the zoo, Jabali has been loving and attentive, and is in great health.

This is also the first successful birth of a Western Lowland Gorilla in Hogle Zoo’s history.

The baby can be seen daily from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. by reservation only.

Viewing opportunities are indoors, and masks are required.

The zoo has also released a baby shower wish list of items for the new baby gorilla.
