SALT LAKE CITY — More than 100,000 Comcast customers lost service for nearly 13 hours beginning Wednesday afternoon.
A Comcast representative said the outage began at 4:48 p.m. and was caused by an act of vandalism.
Comcast crews worked through the night and restored service for the affected customers by 5:45 a.m. Thursday.
