Sportsman’s Warehouse is looking for 150 workers who are passionate about the outdoors to join their team.
From Logan to St. George, Utah-based Sportsman’s Warehouse needs help in their retail stores, warehouse, call center and corporate office.
“For our full time roles we do offer a full range health benefits package," said Tara Mills, Sportsman’s Warehouse recruiter. "For the distribution center we’re offering a $450 sign on bonus across all roles at the distribution center.”
Plus, you get an employee discount. Mills says there are plenty of entry-level positions with room to grow.
“We are huge on internal development and promotions, so you would get continued training, you would get cross training between departments,” she said.
Sportsman’s Warehouse is an outdoor retailer – selling everything from firearms to camping gear. So, they want workers who like those things just as much as their customers do.
“We have some very intelligent and successful people that run this organization, but it is a very welcoming environment,” Mills said. “We live the outdoors here in Utah so we hire people that are like-minded, so when you come in here with your 'A' game you are going to be successful.”
Sportsman’s Warehouse also needs seasonal workers, so people who may be furloughed right now are encouraged to apply.
