Autumn is right around the corner, bringing with it so many comforts, such as cooler weather, changing leaves — and of course, all things pumpkin spice. If you love pumpkin spice flavor but coffee isn’t your cup of tea, you’re in luck. You can savor all of the things you love about fall while sipping on a warm, creamy mug full of Swiss Miss Pumpkin Spice Hot Cocoa Mix.

Just in time for donning favorite sweaters, wearing thick fuzzy socks and spending evenings by the fire, Swiss Miss is rolling out its limited-edition flavor of hot chocolate. Each box will contain eight envelopes filled with 1.38 ounces of the cocoa. You can mix each packet with eight ounces of hot water (or warm milk for an even more decadent flavor) to make a cup of pumpkin spice and chocolatey goodness.

The cocoa mix is made using premium imported cocoa, nonfat milk, and real pumpkin spice flavor. It’s 99.9% caffeine-free and gluten-free and contains no artificial flavors or colors.

Go all out and top it with pumpkin spice whipped cream sprinkled with some cinnamon or, what the heck, some pumpkin pie spice. Or just stir up a simple mug for some quick warm fuzzies.

If you think you’re experiencing déjà vu, you’ll be happy to know that this is not a brand new product. Swiss Miss first introduced this flavor in 2019 as a seasonal treat, much like its wintertime favorite Peppermint Hot Cocoa.

Swiss Mix Pumpkin Spice isn’t on store shelves quite yet, but it is set to hit Walmart, Target and your favorite local grocery store in September with a suggested retail price of $2.49 per box. Once it is available, you can find a local retailer stocking it by visiting the Swiss Miss website.

You may also be able to find the Swiss Miss mix at Amazon sooner in 12-box (!) quantities, although it’s currently out of stock.

If hot chocolate isn’t your thing, you will no doubt be able to find plenty of other pumpkin-spiced items this fall, from Starbucks’ iconic coffee drink to Philadelphia Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Spread and Pumpkin Spice Cheerios cereal. You won’t be lacking for options this year!
