Chase, SLC Foodie, is at it again for us - finding restaurants we need to try and listing his favorites dishes. Here's his two picks for this week:

Blue Lemon - Highland, City Creek, Farmington, Cottonwood Heights, Sandy

Slow Braised Beef Short Rib - tender short ribs topped with our signature chipotle bbq demi-glace, served with roasted fingerlings, sauteed baby carrots and asparagus. Garnished with parsley

Fresh Black Bean Ravioli - handmade raviolis with roasted red pepper cream sauce, cilantro cream, salsa fresca, sautéed spinach and seasonal vegetables

Iron-Seared Salmon - filet of salmon with lemon herb crème fraiche, roasted fingerling potatoes, sautéed baby carrots & asparagus, and topped with roasted corn salsa

Ying's Thai-Sushi - Sandy

Chu-chee Salmon - Secret homemade chu chee paste, coconut milk ,bell paper , basil , lime leaf , Grilled salmon ( fresh sushi grade)

James Bond Island - onion, celery ,green onion,bell pepper ,scallop,shrimp, mussel ,crab , salmon , squid , stir fried Jamebond sauce

Enormous Sunshine Roll - avocado, mango, tuna, salmon, white crab, hamachi, escola, spicy mayo, eel sauce

Enormous Volcano Roll - crab, scallop, spicy mayo, yellow tail, avocado, eel sauce
