If you're trying to get into shape before Thanksgiving, while also trying to help give back? There's the perfect event coming up that is as healthy as it is convenient and philanthropic!

Big Budah spoke to the president and CEO of Utah Food Bank, Ginette Bott, to find out how the 15th Annual Human Race is going virtual this year!

She told him that you can choose to complete either a 5K or 10K for the price of $30 per person.

Once you sign up, you will receive all the information you need in order to start a team, or ask your friends and family to support your efforts with a donation.

You'll receive your race shirt and bib in the mail, but the earlier you register, the more likely you'll get your shirt in time for your race, which you can complete anytime between November 1st and November 27th.

This is a very important time to support the food bank, as Ginette said there is more need than ever, and the only way they can fulfill that need is with way more donations - monetary or food! Find out more by visiting utahfoodbank.org.
