Food Network's 'Holiday Wars' airs Sundays at 8 PM and one Utahn is a contestant this year!
Emerlie Miller from Salt Lake City is a professional Sugar Artist and Pastry Chef who owns My Sugar Rush in Salt Lake City, Utah. She spent years as a self-taught hobby cake decorator before she gained more experience working at several local bakeries.
She then impulsively made the decision to attend the world-renowned cake school Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts in Toronto, Canada. Since her return from school, Emerlie has launched her own cake business creating custom work for her clients, started a baking entertainment channel on YouTube, and launched her own line of sweet merchandise.
