Learn to make gut-friendly Halloween treats you can serve to your friends and family this fall.

Emilie Davis, MScN, a holistic gut health nutritionist, says pumpkin seeds are good for the gut, and you can bake them with coconut oil and cinnamon for a sweet treat.

Other healthy snacks include pairing an apple slice with coconut flakes, maple syrup, cardamon, cinnamon and peanut or almond butter.
