SALT LAKE CITY -- — A series of storms will keep weather active this week.
Showers are possible Monday morning, but steadier rain is likely by afternoon.
Mountain snow showers will be above 6,000 feet.
There could be a little break Monday night, but a colder, stronger storm will move in Tuesday and have a bigger impact for the second half of the week.
Heavy mountain snow will be possible Tuesday through Thursday.
Some snow may mix with rain in valleys during that times.
Things should quiet down by the end of the work week, and it should be dry , but cool this weekend.
