A popular tree lot in Sandy has been saved. The Sandy City Council passed an ordinance that will allow the Christmas tree lot and fireworks stand to continue business.
The lot is located at 90th South and State Street.
The city owns the property and wanted the family who runs the one-acre lot to build a permanent business or leave.
