TOOELE, Utah -- The eyes of the world were on Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele Monday as an estimated 32.8 million viewers in 175 countries were watching the two World Superbike races there, making it the most watched sporting event in Utah since the 2002 Winter Olympics.
