SANPETE COUNTY, Utah — A wildfire that started Thursday afternoon west of Wales, Utah grew to about 15 acres and has forced the evacuation of Maple Canyon.
The Sanpete County sheriff said they are working with Moroni Police Department to evacuate campgrounds west of Moroni and Ft. Green. No homes are currently being threatened.
The cause is currently under investigation.
