- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Tahini sauce
- 1/2 lemon, juice
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Puree first 7 ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Sprinkle paprika on top. Chill for at least an hour for best flavor.
