INDIANOLA, Sanpete County, Utah – A Sanpete County woman was killed in a car accident on Friday afternoon.
Authorities say 46-year-old Cheryl Turner was driving north on US-89 in Indianola when her car ran off the road as she took an exit. The car crashed into a large metal sign.
Utah Highway Patrol is investigating the accident but say speed was not a factor and Turner was not wearing a seat belt.
