UTAH COUNTY — Utah Highway Patrol said a 43-year-old Provo man died in a head-on crash in Spanish Fork Canyon Sunday morning.
Troopers say around 8 a.m. a car traveling eastbound crossed into oncoming traffic and was struck by a semi carrying SUVs.
The driver of the car, identified as Kevin Arledge, was killed instantly.
The semi truck driver was not injured.
Investigators are working to find out what caused the crash.
