SLC bakery robbed at gunpoint

SALT LAKE CITY — Salt Lake City police are looking for three men in connection with an armed robbery at a bakery Thursday afternoon.

Three suspects entered the Panaderia Bonita bakery at 165 E 900 S shortly before 2 p.m. and demanded money. Two of them stayed close to the door and the third pointed a black handgun at the clerk, according to a statement from police.

The suspect took cash from the register and tied up the clerk. All three men then left the store, traveling in an unknown direction.
 
All three suspects were described as Hispanic male adults. The man who brandished the handgun was described as approximately 45-50 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall, with gray facial hair. He was wearing a black baseball cap, black jacket and black pants.
