The winter storm over Utah is weakening Friday, but roads are still slick in some areas.
The storm is mostly affecting Utah County and areas north of that along the Wasatch Front. Areas such as Vernal, near the Uintah Basin, are also affected.
The storm is the last in a series of weather disturbances that have moved over the state in the last few days.
The Utah Department of Transportation deployed about 500 snow plows Thursday to clear the roads.
The weather will dry out on Saturday, and there is a slight chance of rain and snow on Sunday.
