The Uintah County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a suspicious death.
On Monday, deputies responded to a welfare check at the Country Village Home Park and found Davis Urrutia, 38, of Ft. Duchesne had died.
An autopsy by the Utah Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause of death.
