The San Diego Chargers will reportedly hire Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy to replace Norv Turner as head coach.

FOX31 Denver has confirmed through a team source that McCoy informed the Broncos Tuesday morning that he would be accepting the vacant head coaching position with the Chargers.

McCoy played for the University of Utah in the early 1990’s. He began his NFL coaching career in 2000 with the Carolina Panthers.
