Police seeking suspect in Murray bank robbery

MURRAY, Utah—Police are asking for help finding a suspect who robbed a bank on Tuesday evening at around 5 p.m.

Police said the man entered the Wells Fargo Bank located at 4920 South and State Street around 5 p.m. and handed the teller a note, which indicated he had a gun and was demanding money.

The man left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described by police as a male near 35 years old with black hair and a beard. He was wearing a camouflage jacket with a hood and dark glasses.

The robbery took place while a high-speed pursuit of another alleged bank robber was underway in the same area.
