CLINTON, Utah – The Utah Attorney General’s Office has filed felony charges against a man for allegedly molesting a child three decades ago.
62-year-old Kelcey Webb is charged with three first-degree felony counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child. Court documents show he molested a child and others in Clinton in the 1980s.
The alleged victim learned about other incidents last year and went to police.
Webb now lives in Wyoming and is now in the Cheyenne Jail awaiting an extradition hearing.
