SALT LAKE CITY — Salt Lake City police and arson investigators are searching for two teenagers who started a fire in Salt Lake City on Friday night.
Salt Lake City firefighters responded to a call at 1360 South and 200 East, where someone had reported power lines on fire from a possible arson. Firefighters found a large couch at the scene that had been set on fire.
Jasen Asay, Salt Lake City Fire Department, said the juveniles started a the fire by burning trash and a couch. He said the fire spread to a fence and damaged a power pole. Asay said the fire was put out before they could cause any major damage.
