“The Girl on Fire” is getting a flame-haired co-star: Julianne Moore has joined the cast of “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay,” and will appear in both installments of the two-part conclusion.

The Lionsgate film tweeted the casting announcement on Friday, revealing that Moore will play President Alma Coin:

In the best-selling books by Suzanne Collins, Alma Coin leads the rebellion against the Capitol and villainous President Snow (played in the films by Donald Sutherland). Moore, 52, has been the subject of casting rumors for months, but her part was until now unconfirmed.

The “Hunger Games” franchise has been steadily staffing its cast as it prepares to roll out the final films in the series following this November’s “Catching Fire.” “Game of Thrones” actress Natalie Dormer has been cast as Cressida, Stef Dawson as Annie Cresta and Diana Ross’ son Evan Ross will portray Messalla.

“The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” will land November 22, followed by “Mockingjay — Part I” on November 21, 2014, and “Mockingjay — Part 2” on November 20, 2015.
