- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups unpeeled chopped Rome apple (about 1 medium)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1/2 head small purple or green cabbage, shredded
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add apple, cranberries, carrots and cabbage; toss to combine. Chill for at least two hours before serving for best flavor.
