SALT LAKE COUNTY, Utah — Search and rescue crews were called out to the area near 11200 South Eagle View Drive Thursday after receiving reports of a stranded hiker.
Lt. Justin Hoyal of the Unified Police Department said Salt Lake County search and rescue crews were dispatched to rescue one or more stranded hikers sometime around 6:40 p.m.
Crews are staging at the Rocky Mouth Trail Head.
