Salt Lake County apartment market continues to grow

The Salt County Apartment Market is growing stronger each year and vacancy rates continue to remain low year over year, according to the Cushman and Wakefield Commerce 2013 Apartment Market Report.

The vacancy rates are 3.9 percent county wide. The number of rental units increased 1.4 percent over last year. The report states that the demand is expected to continue to grow and it’s predicted that rental rates will increase 3 to 4 percent.
