BOUNTIFUL, Utah – Police are circulating an image of a man who allegedly stole and used another person’s bank card.
Officials with the Bountiful Police Department said the man allegedly took another person’s belongings from a locker at a recreation center in Bountiful and then used the victim’s credit or debit card at a Centerville Wal-Mart.
