WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah – All West Valley City Police officers must be certified to use a Taser and in order to do that, the officers themselves must experience the force they may unleash on suspects one day.
In short, another officer was baptized by fire today.
The force’s newest recruit, Officer Armstrong, got the pleasure of experiencing the weapon’s effects.
