HONOLULU, Hawai`i — Murray Fire Capt. Andy Walkingshaw was celebrating his 25th anniversary when he died while snorkeling in Hawai`i Sunday.
Emergency responders did CPR and took him to an area hospital where the 43-year-old man later died.
The Honolulu Medical Examiner’s Office is still determining the cause of death but a medical condition is a suspected factor.
Walkingshaw worked for Murray City for almost 15 years.
