SALT LAKE CITY – Salt Lake City police arrested and booked a registered sex offender for lewdness at Jordan Park on Friday.
According to a police report, 33-year-old Justin Brown dropped his pants and exposed himself to two females at Peace Gardens.
Authorities said that since he was already banned from all parks, his two lewdness charges were bumped up to felonies.
Brown also faces two misdemeanor charges for failing to obtain a sex offender ID card and for violating his ban on entering parks.
