NORTH SALT LAKE, Utah – Four people have minor injuries after a UTA FrontRunner train collided with a truck Friday afternoon.

The collision near 300 E. and Center St. just before 1:30 p.m. also sparked a small grass fire.

Accord to UTA, the track in North Salt Lake will be out of service until at least 8 p.m.

Northbound customers can expect hour delays while southbound riders could wait about half an hour.

From 3:30 p.m. on, buses will be taking all northbound riders from N. Temple and will service all stations up to Ogden.

The buses are expected about every 40 minutes.

The I-15 southbound exit is now open but Center St. is still closed.
