There aren’t any new developments this week. Everything seems to be normal; my weight loss is slowing down even more. I’m down to 304, so I am 4 pounds away from that elusive 300-pound mark.

Our peewee football team has been working very hard during practice this week. We were honored to have had a special guest stop by: former University of Utah Football Coach Ron Mcbride. He offered the boys position tips and advice on playing together as a team.

The highlight for me this week was after dinner with the family last night. The kids decided to cool off at the Gateway fountain, and it was like Flashdance for kids.

Between work, working out, football practice, and family time, I am so happy that I do not have a diminished amount of energy, and I owe that to Doctors Cottam and Richards, BMI Utah, Salt Lake Regional Medical Center, and all of you.
