SPANISH FORK, Utah -- A memorial is growing in Spanish Fork where a 5-year-old boy was hit and killed by a train Sunday night.
The boy has been identified as Emanuel Romero Rivera.
Police say the boy was playing with his 7-year-old sister and 7-year-old cousin on the tracks near 1200 East and 400 North when the train approached. The two 7-year-olds cleared the tracks -- the 5-year-old boy froze.
FOX 13’s Ashton Goodell has the story in the video above.
