SOUTHERN UTAH — The Washington County Water Conservancy District posted a video on its Facebook page of water flowing over the Quail Creek Diversion Dam after the rainfall this past week.
Storms have pounded southern Utah with rain and snow over the past few days. The weather is expected to dry up and bring warmer temperatures to Washington County later this week.
