SOUTHERN UTAH – The Utah Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that occurred on I-15 in southern Utah Friday, and officials say the teen driver suffered serious injuries and his father died in the crash.
According to information from the Utah Highway Patrol, the crash occurred on northbound I-15 near mile post 26 when a truck being driven by a juvenile drifted off the roadway. Officials later stated fatigue is being investigated as a possible factor.
