- 2 lbs. pounds seedless watermelon, cut into 1” cubes
- 2 lbs. cantaloupe, cut into 1” cubes
- 1 lb. honeydew melon, cut into 1” cubes
- 1/4 cup fresh basil or mint leaves, torn
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Pinch kosher salt
Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and gently mix to combine. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours before serving.
