OGDEN, Utah-- Big Budah went to the Eccles Community Art Center to see kids and local artists celebrate the beauty of flowers with art. The pieces created Thursday will accompany the weekend competition displays.
Friday and Saturday the art center will display floral pieces competing in the 41st Annual Art in Bloom Statewide Competition.
