There wasn't much new this week. I've been doing a lot of two-a-days at the gym, going early morning before work and immediately after work. It feels good, and I am getting stronger.
My endurance has improved to the point where walking long distances is no longer a problem, and I think it is because I have been trying new exercises, like flipping a big truck tire--as you can see in the video above.
On the Homefront, nothing really exciting happening other than my son getting his finger slammed in the car door and then requiring five stitches...he took it like a champ and smiled through the whole thing! There are some photos in the gallery below, but be wary if the sight of a little blood makes you squeamish.
Great win last week from the Utes against Michigan and the Cougars against Nebraska. This is my favorite time of the year where football is on 5 days a week: NFL on Thursday, Friday night lights, little league and NCAA on Saturday, and NFL again Sunday and Monday...GOTTA LOVE IT! Go Raiders!!
