SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah Jazz and University of Utah Health Care are launching the first-ever Jazz Baby Draft.

Starting with the 2015-16 season, the Jazz and University of Utah Health Care (UUHC) will help celebrate the birth of a baby born at the University Hospital by drafting them into the Utah Jazz family.

Each newborn will receive a Jazz/UUHC baby blanket and welcome letter from Jazz Head Coach Quin Snyder.

The families of the newly drafted members of the Jazz can share photos on their social media outlets and use the hashtag #utahjazzbaby.

They can also send their photos to utahjazzbabydraft@utahjazz.com for a chance to be part of the Jazz in-game experience and shown on the center-hung video screens at Vivint Smart Home Arena.
