HEBER CITY, Utah — A pair was arrested and faces numerous charges relating to drugs after police in Heber City made a series of controlled drug purchases and then served a warrant on a residence.
According to a post from the Heber City Police Department made Wednesday, authorities made the controlled purchases and then obtained a warrant for a home in Heber City.
Inside that home, they found 32-year-old Brien D. Mills and 25-year-old Ashley Drake along with methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Mills was booked on one count of distribution of methamphetamine as a second-degree felony and three counts of possession of methamphetamine along with two counts of possession of paraphernalia.
Drake was booked on one count of possession of methamphetamine and one count of possession of paraphernalia.
