SALT LAKE CITY — A weak storm will be impacting Utah overnight, with light snow showers for both the valleys and mountains. Little accumulation is expected, but it will make for some wet roads along the I-15 corridor, I-80, I-84, and I-70.
Most of the precipitation will occur after midnight and linger through mid-morning Sunday.
Those who are traveling back from the Las Vegas bowl should wait until noon before leaving.
Any accumulating snow will be confined to the higher terrain, and only a few inches are expected.
Another weak storm will hit Sunday night with light snow. More unsettled weather is expected for the upcoming week, with a mixture of rain and snow as wet weather will persist up through Christmas Day.
