Big Budah’s blog: Hitting the gym hard and reflecting on my progress

It’s been a grueling week with the gains I am making at the gym. The weight is getting heavier, which means I am getting stronger.

This has translated to me having to go back to the gym in the afternoons to make sure that my workouts get done. So for that I am grateful that Vasa Fitness has multiple locations to allow me to work out at whichever gym is closest to my midday story for FOX13 News Live at 11.

Softball season is gearing up, which means busy time is right around the corner.

I wanted to share an old picture of how far I have come on this weight loss journey. HOLY SHIITAKE MUSHROOMS RIGHT?! The second photo in the gallery is from a couple of weeks ago, to give you a comparison.
