LAS VEGAS — Unified Police announced Friday that a second suspect in an attempted murder in Taylorsville has been arrested in Las Vegas.
Eliesa Tupo Olive, 32, was arrested in Las Vegas in coordination with the U.S. Marshal’s service, police stated Friday.
Olive was one of two men wanted in an alleged attempted murder that occurred in Taylorsville February 29. The other suspect, Jeffrey Hanson, was arrested last Saturday.
Police began looking for both men after a 19-year-old woman was taken to a hospital in critical condition after she was held against her will and stabbed. The incident occurred in the area of 4300 South and 1200 West and prompted a SWAT response that lasted several hours.
