SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control announced Monday morning it will close two state liquor stores after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.

The DABC is closing the Pioneer Park store at 205 West 400 South and the Fairpark store at 1255 West 400 South.

The stores will be sanitized and other employees will be monitored for symptoms.

Since the coronavirus outbreak began, the DABC has closed stores in Moab and in Murray. Both stores have since reopened.
