SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Department of Health's COVID-19 update for Monday shows 564 new confirmed cases and one new death.
Utah now has 21,666 confirmed cases. 333,905 people have been reported tested for the disease, and the positive rate is about 10.3 percent.
A total of 168 people in Utah have died of COVID-19, an increase of one since Sunday's update.
1,417 people in Utah have required hospitalization due to COVID-19.
