CLEARFIELD, Utah — A body was found inside a Clearfield home Monday and police say the cause of death was not self-inflicted or natural.
Officers responded to the home in the area of 300 N. Bruce Street at 2:15 p.m. after receiving a 911 call about a deceased male at the residence.

After obtaining a warrant, police found the body of a man who appeared to be in his 50s.
A homicide investigation is underway with the crime lab currently on the scene.
"Detectives are busy interviewing lots of witnesses, canvassing, we spent time canvassing the neighborhood, the apartment complexes behind us," said Clearfield Assistant Police Chief, Devin Rodgers. "Just trying to look for any leads and get any information on what may have caused this tragedy"
