IRON COUNTY, Utah — A dead body was found Saturday afternoon in Iron County, and authorities believe it may be a young man.
The body was found around 1 p.m. in a field north of Kanarraville, according to a statment from the Iron County Sheriff's Office. No identity has been released, but the sheriff's office said it appears to be the body of a man in his early 20s. They believe cold weather was a factor in his death.
Authorities could not release any further information pending an autopsy from the medical examiner.
