EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah — The Utah County Sheriff's Office has released the name of the boy who died Tuesday afternoon in a motorcycle crash in Eagle Mountain.
Traygen Shane Johnson, 10, was riding a small dirt bike on Golden Eagle Rd. when he hit a curb, lost control and crashed into a tree, a news release from the Sheriff's Office said.
Bystanders called 9-1-1 and administered CPR. Deputies and Unified FIre paramedics also tried to resuscitate Traygen, but could not save him. Traygen was pronounced dead at the scene.
Traygen's family set up a GoFundMe campaign to cover his funeral expenses.
