CEDAR CITY, Utah — A 36-year-old St. George man has been arrested on suspicion of sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl and her two sisters when they were younger.

Jared Duain Beasley faces 15 felony charges including sodomy on a child, sexual exploitation of a child and sexual abuse of a child.

He also faces three misdemeanor charges of sexual abuse of a minor.

According to a probable cause statement, Beasley was alone in a room with the youngest girl on Feb. 3.

The girl told her mother Beasley had placed his hand on her private parts.

The parents spoke with the girl and her two older sisters and both of them recounted similar experiences with Beasley.

Officers went to Beasley's home to interview him, and after reading him his Miranda rights, he admitted to several crimes, they said.

Beasley admitted he had touched the 10-year-old's private parts ten to 12 times within the last year.

He also admitted to touching the private parts of the 15-year-old sister several times when she was between the ages of nine and 13.

Beasley also told investigators he had touched the buttocks and breasts of a 16-year-old sister against her will at least three times over the last two years.

All of the incidents took place at the girls' home in Cedar City.

Beasley allowed officers to look at several images of child pornography on his cell phone and other electronic devices.

Officers asked the court to hold Beasley without bail because they believe he is a risk to flee the area.
