UPDATE:
The Dugway Police Department is reporting that 9-1-1 calls from cell phones are not reaching their land lines.
Calls placed to 9-1-1 will be picked up by Tooele County dispatch, who will notify Dugway Police by radio.
Emergency calls made from landlines are still going though.
Officials are looking into the issue and updates will be shared when available.
